Refund Policy

Coins and generations are digital. Once coins are spent or a generation completes, we do not issue refunds.

We will refund or restore coins only if a charge failed but coins were still deducted, or if a technical error on our side blocked a paid action you already paid for.

Contact support@mydesireai.com within 7 days with the date, the amount, and what went wrong. Adult content, completed clips, and finished stills are not refundable because of a change of mind.
