By accessing or using MyDesireAI you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Adult content

MyDesireAI provides AI-generated adult entertainment. All visitors and account holders must confirm they are 18 or older before browsing templates or generating content.

2. Photo uploads & consent

You represent and warrant that any image you submit is your own likeness or that of a person who has given you explicit consent, that no person depicted is under eighteen, and that you will not use the service to create non-consensual intimate imagery of any real person.

  • You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you explicit consent to use their likeness.
  • You are fully responsible for any photo you upload and for all content generated from it.
  • Non-consensual use of real people’s images is strictly prohibited. Deepfakes or impersonation of others without consent are banned.

3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyDesireAI, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from content you generate or upload.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or delete any account and forfeit remaining credits without refund if we reasonably believe these terms were violated.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including non-consensual imagery. Report issues via Report Content or support@mydesireai.com.

5. Likeness removal

We provide a removal process for any person who believes their likeness appears in content on this site without their consent. Submit a request with your contact info, a description of the content, and a statement that it was non-consensual. We will remove it within 48 hours and make reasonable efforts to remove any known identical copies.

6. Private uploads

Any photo you upload is private to your account. It only appears in your own profile or generation history. It is never shown publicly, never appears in explore feeds, and is never used as a public template or model in the shared library.

7. AI-generated output

Generated images and videos are synthetic AI output and are labeled “AI generated content.” You may not use them to harass, defame, blackmail, or mislead others about a real person’s involvement.
